The Customer Portal enables customers, current on software assurance (maintenance) and support, an online support portal to view, add or edit existing support tickets as well as search for solutions to problems using the Acuere Knowledgebase.

The Customer Portal is available 24/7 and ensures support tickets are logged immediately and managed under the Acuere support and escalation process (utilising KnowledgeSync alerts).
