2009

  • CustomerCentric Selling® Public Workshops in January and March achieve strong attendances.
  • Full CustomerCentric Selling® customised workshop conducted for Blackbaud Pacific with immediate results.
  • Acuere adds significant depth and experience to the team with Liz Bushell and John Alexandrou commencing as NSW and SA Branch managers respectively. 


2008

  • Woolworths Everyday Money contact centre CRM project delivered in 7 weeks including trialing 130 Customer Service Representatives with project delivered on-time and within budget.
  • CustomerCentric Selling® customised workshop delivered to new clients including RightNow Technologies and Australia & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance with reinforcement programs to existing customers including Scholle Industries.
  • Deborah Miller becomes 5th member of Global CustomerCentric Selling® IP committee.
  • Deloitte Growth Solutions and Acuere commence a collaboration partnership to provide additional value to client bases.
  • Welcome to new customers including: Boars Rock, Woolworths Group Financial Services, CavPowerCAT, Transitions Optical, RightNow Technologies, Data Vision Australia, Pact IT, Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance, Daniel Robertson (CRM), Export Finance & Insurance Corporation (additional modules), Australian Institute of Management (SA).
  • Aristocrat outsources all SalesLogix end-user support to Acuere.

  • 1998 - Acquired Ausrtralian operations and client base and adopted the name of Pilot Software – a Business Intelligence pioneer.
  • 1997 - Won major multi-year implementation and support agreement with San Diego US based Schumacher on the back of home grown implementation methodology sold to the US, Canada and Europe.
  • 1996 - Commissioned to develop manufacturing control system for NS Electronics Bangkok with 3 Thai Staff working in Adelaide for six months for knowledge transfer.
  • 1995 - Commence major Service Management System Implementation with Konica Minolta.
